We collect only what we need to provide a requested resource, respond to an enquiry, or—when you choose it—send useful Rocket Data updates.
What we collect
When you use a website form, we collect your email address, any name or message you choose to provide, the form used, and your marketing-consent choice and date. We also process short-lived, hashed technical request identifiers to protect the forms from automated abuse; the rate-limit record does not retain your raw IP address.
How we use it
We use these details to provide the guide you requested, respond to your enquiry and maintain our contact list. We send marketing updates only when the form records your express consent.
Storage and access
Your form details are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database used by this ChatGPT Sites website. Brevo processes the details needed to deliver requested guides, notify Rocket Data about submissions and, only after express consent and confirmation, manage marketing subscriptions. Access is limited to Rocket Data and authorised service providers. We do not sell your details.
Rocket Data cannot select a specific data-residency region for the Sites database through the current Site settings. Website and email providers may therefore process information in the countries where they operate, subject to their security and privacy safeguards.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw marketing consent, by emailing privacy@rocketdata.co.nz. Future marketing messages must provide an easy unsubscribe option.
